Applications that are incomplete and lack proper supporting documents will not be processed and will be rejected.

This review process may include an interview with Kiwanis representative(s) to clarify any issues with the application review.

After the review process is complete, applicants will be advised by a confirmation letter on whether they have been approved or not approved for housing at the building. The applicant(s) has one opportunity to rent the suite that is available. Refusal to rent the available suite will void your application on file.  Due to Covid-19, suites are not shown to applicants prior to the start of the tenancy.

To remain on the waiting list beyond this period, applicants must submit a written request to Kiwanis before the deadline, stating their intention to extend their waiting period by another 6 months and providing any necessary updated information such as tax documents or bank statements. All applications will be disposed of after 1 year, requiring reapplication when the application process reopens.
