Behind the scenes of the Richmond Kiwanis Seniors Citizens Housing Society, there is a team of diligent and dedicated maintenance and facility staff who work tirelessly to ensure that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Led by a shared commitment to excellence, our maintenance and facility staff bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles. They possess a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by seniors, and they go above and beyond to meet those needs with efficiency and care.

With meticulous attention to detail, our maintenance team ensures that every aspect of our buildings and grounds is well-maintained and in optimal condition. From regular inspections to preventative maintenance, they proactively identify and address issues, providing prompt and reliable solutions. Their expertise spans a wide range of areas, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs, enabling them to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
